Important: Temporary rental (from 4 to 11 months, renewable).
Registration on the municipal register is not permitted.
Aimed at people coming to the city for a limited period: students, professionals with temporary contracts, or those renovating their home or awaiting the handover of a new property.
Documentation proving the temporary nature of the stay will be required.
Flat Description

• Taxes:
o Temporary rental ITP: 0.5% of the total rent amount.
o For students: a bank guarantee from a Spanish bank or a guarantor resident in Spain is required (the guarantor must pay the PFC tax of 1% of the total rent amount).
