You cannot register (empadronar) at this address. These contracts are used for people staying temporarily in the city: students, workers with short-term employment contracts in Barcelona, or those renovating or having sold their home and awaiting handover of a new property (such as new builds).
Documentation will be required to prove this situation.

Rental period: from 4 to 11 months, renewable.

Tenant expenses:

Temporary rentals are subject to 0.5% ITP (property transfer tax) on the total rental amount.

Agency fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT (invoice provided).
