• Associated taxes (ITP):

- 10% up to €600,000
- 11% from €600,001 to €900,000
- 12% from €900,001 to €1,500,000
- 13% on higher amounts

• Approximate costs:

- Notary: €700 – €1,200
- Land Registry: €400 – €900
- Administrative fees: €300 – €600

• Ongoing costs after purchase:

- Property tax (IBI)
- Owners’ association fees
- Home insurance

We work with an external team of mortgage brokers who can help you find the best financing option if needed.
